I live in Tucson Arizona and own Konan z Eurosportu (Galant-Arsenoe). He is almost two years old and a real live wire. I am interested in almost everything GSD related and especially in hearing about other K-litter dogs.

Hi, my name is Shelley and I train/breed german shepherds for herding. I work my shepherds in the tending/boundary work that the breed was originally bred for. My dogs and/or progeny are also involved in explosive detection, security work and assistance work. I do a bit of protection training with them but do not work them in SchH. My dogs have some HGH lines in them mixed with working/DDR lines.

I also own my own flock of sheep, so that makes things a bit easier for training! I am also a CKC and AHBA herding Judge. Along with my german shepherds I also own one border collie.....a breed unto it's own!

Hello from Iowa

Postby holtgrew on Fri Aug 03, 2007 5:51 pm

I am a small breeder near Sioux City, IA. I have West German and working lines.

A year ago, I bought my Corida from Eurosport. She finished her SVV1 before coming to me. Corida had a litter by Agar, a Tom PS son, shortly after her arrival. She then become my obedience and Rally dog. Corida has earned all three Rally titles and is working on her RAE. We finished her CD earlier this year, placing all three legs. She's been a joy to work and has blended into our family beautifully.

In January, I bought Corida's aunt from Eurosport. Fuga has her SVV1 and is one of the neatest dogs ever. She is unflappable and has never-ending endurance. We've been doing obedience and agility. Fuga has some kids competing in Europe and had a Nuky litter before I bought her. If anyone has one of her Nuky kids, I'd love to see pictures.

Wish me luck, as Corida and I are doing her BH in a week. This is the first time I've done this, so we'll how it goes.

another K litter pup

Postby k9sar on Fri Aug 03, 2007 8:49 pm

Hello
I share my home with Katrina z. Eurosportu. a.k.a. Kaylee. I was going to say I own but in actuality we chare living space LOL!
Kaylee was certified as a cadaver dog at 21 months old under the auspice
of the International Police Work Dog Association. My trainer nic-named her "hell bitch"

I am a member of NJ Task Foce 1, urban search and rescue team. My dog Anna and I responded to the World Trade Center on Sept. 11.
She ultimately became sick and was euthenized after 11 months of working there.

Tango is my current Urban live find dog. We are part of the NJ State Police under the office of Emergency management/Homeland Security branch. Kaylee will be screened this Fall for a place on the team as a recovery k-9.

I will OFA/Penn Hip her at 2 and hope to breed her at 3.
Would love to hear from any other "K" litter pups.

Arsenoe is now living in Illinois.

Hello, I am the proud owner of Agar Zdekra; purchased from Eurosport. He is a SVVI and currently being worked for personal protection. We just adore this dog and can not say enough about him. Agar has become such a big part of my life; I never imagined having such an attachment to a dog- and I have owned several in my life but Agar is a one in a million.

He lives in our home with 4 children and has developed a very strong bond with my one year old baby girl. He has the patience of a saint.

Hi,

My name is Jason Cotton, I am a police k9 officer in Gwinnett County, Ga. Which is just outside of Atlanta. I have been working my dog Cosa now for about 4 years. He loves to track and he loves to find drugs as you can tell from the picture. I am looking to retire him this year (January 2008) and have been looking for a nice dog to fill his shoes.

My name is Shelley Strohl. I've been breeding, training, importing, and competing in SchH and German style shows with West German dogs for about 20+ yrs. I am located in Eastern PA.

I am interested in learning more about Eastern European bloodlines as my knowledge of them is seriously lacking outside knowing a few very nice working dogs from Czech lines, specifically which lines are being crossed successfully with West German lines by the better breeders, and insight into the results, positive and negative.

Yours in the sport and the breed,
Shelley Strohl

I'm Dustin Powell and I'm a Firefighter/EMT-BIV with Lafayette Fire Rescue in Colroado. I'm working on getting a dog with the prospect of gaining USAR Certification along with Air Scent and Tracking. It is my hopes that my department will become fully certified as a USAR Team. I've been perusing Eurosport's website for quite some time and I'm very impresed!
